Nirvana in Atlanta 1990 postcard set

$19.99

Over the course of the last few years, I’ve scanned over 26,000 unique pieces of music history from the South and well beyond. There’s the occasion where something very special comes across the scan bed, and well, this is one of those occasions. The first time Nirvana came to Atlanta was a Sunday in the early part of May 1990. Lifelong music fanatic Victoria Nicholson brought her point-and-shoot and took eleven photos of the band from the side of the stage. The far-from-sell-out show was also attended by Kelly Stringer who had the foresight to yank a flyer off the wall that night and also had a small postcard of upcoming shows. The calendar is part of the postcard set. A machine numbered second edition of 50. Proceeds benefit the 501(c)3 non-profit The Chunklet Music Preservation Project.
